Description

A key global leader in luxury fashion industry is looking for a E-Commerce Manager for Korea.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Directly report to hierarchically GM (to be marketing director, currently GM is interim Marketing director), functionally HQ Retail innovation director/HQ E-commerce Manager.
  • Leading E-commerce team with 1 admin and 4-5 CS (1 CS manager, 3-4 CS specialist to handle customers’ inquiry by calls)

Key requirements:

  • Knowledge of the major Korean digital channels (e.g.: Naver, Kakao) to generate valuable website traffic
  • Ability to analyze (quantitative approach) website traffic funnels identifying areas of improvements for customer experience enhancements (User Experience / User Interface) - proficiency with web analytics tools required
  • Ability to manage (operationally) products catalogue / product catalogue updates - proficiency in PIM / CLX or catalogue management similar tools required
  • Ability to analyze ecommerce sales trends (reporting, etc.) identifying valuable insights and also recommending commercial initiatives to drive commercial performances
  • Knowledge of Korea specificities in terms of privacy policies (applied to ecommerce and digital)
  • Understanding of luxury business/consumers specificities and more specifically knowledge of Korean fashion digital landscape
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Very mature, positive mindset with can-do attitude
