MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Development & Relationship Management
• Proactively identify and engage potential high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and personalized outreach.
• Build long-term relationships through tailored consultations, consistent follow-up, and exceptional service.
• Maintain comprehensive client profiles to enable personalized recommendations and foster loyalty.
Sales & Product Expertise
• Drive high-ticket sales by leveraging deep product knowledge, storytelling, and emotional engagement.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and latest collections in both high jewellery and watches to remain a trusted advisor.
Client Engagement & Events
• Engage actively with clients during boutique visits, exclusive events, and private appointments.
• Lead presentations during boutique activations and client events, sharing brand stories, product insights, and styling expertise to elevate brand visibility and client experience.
Strategic Collaboration & Insights
• Coordinate with the boutique manager to align on client strategies before partnering with internal teams (e.g., marketing, CRM, product), ensuring a seamless luxury experience across all touchpoints.
• Share insights on emerging trends in high jewellery, watches, client preferences, and luxury lifestyle to support strategic decision-making.
• Present regular findings to the boutique team on evolving market demands and client buying behavior to inform planning and actions.
Boutique Operations
• Actively participate in boutique operations, including stock counts, opening and closing procedures, daily tasks, and handling walk-in clients to support smooth day-to-day functioning.
Collaborate with the boutique team to identify opportunities for client development and sales growth.
