E-commerce leading global technology platform for the luxury fashion industry is looking for Client Development Manager in Korea.
For this role, this person will be the part of SEA Private Client team that ensure the continuous growth and development of VIPs sales, and ensure high retention rate, new customer acquisition and achieving sales target. Besides from managing team of stylist.
Job requirements:
- Proven experience developing a network of clients and contacts in a relevant industry (fashion, luxury or ecommerce preferred) and function (personal shopping or sales), and will bring an existing strong client book, with an elite list of clients
- Proven experience in luxury fashion sales (ideally in e-commerce retail), with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets (via events, partnership etc), with the drive and motivation to sustain thisProven ability to engage and build customer relations (clienteling) and have an understanding of international and local customs.
- Commercially aware and able to understand and interpret analytics into recommendations
- Strong business acumen and development skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication etiquette (English & Korean)
- Able to work independently and leading a team
