Description
Italian luxury fashion house is looking for a CRM Manager for Taiwan.
You will be tasked to develop and implement CRM programs to drive customer acquisition and retention, engagement and loyalty, and customer insights. Dive deep into customer database to identify valuable insights to support business strategy.
Ensure CRM initiatives are consistent with global brand identity, collection, business strategy, country/store merchandising focus, business calendar etc.
Responsibilities
Client Database Management, Analysis and Enhancement
- Constantly review CRM system needs with user feedback, and work with CRM in HQ on system enhancement projects
- Provide regular report to the stores and the retail operation teams on client insight and analysis
- Based on data segmentation and analysis from client insight, KPI setting and analysis to drive CRM initiatives to either acquire or retain customers
- Client Development Activities to Support KPI Goal
- Identify actionable insights from customer data and develop recommendations to continually improve CRM strategies and tactics
- Provide support to the store team to enhance the client development KPI
- Prepare monthly KPI reports to store and management, monitor the KPI on track with their target
- Implement all-in-one list to support stores/sales associate and simplify store operations
- Generate client list by applying precise and effective targeting model
- Measure effectiveness on clienteling activities and in store events
Client Insights
- Support strategic vision and share client insights
- Investigate business opportunities and client purchasing behavior, e.g. client repurchase behavior etc.
- Monitor and alert the market changes and competitive benchmarking and propose corresponding strategic actions
- Identify potential clients for event and clienteling action, e.g. potential VICs, potential exotic clients and potential new clients etc.
Training
- Support the build-up of CRM knowledge and skills among store team
- Deliver CRM training and follow up the implementation of CRM tools
- Deliver training for store team for Event Management
Projects-Events
- In charge of VIC / VIP Project.
