Position Summary
• Support the Boutique Manager/ Assistant Manager with the daily operations of the  boutique
• Support and execute retail strategies and KPI targets in terms of sales, CRM and  service standard
 
Main Responsibilities
• Develop the turnover of the boutique and meet the turnover targets set by the 
• Boutique Manager and actively contribute to the SSA/SA development   (sales/operations based on assignment)
• Represent the Brand both inside and outside the Boutique when needed
• Support to manage the boutique team in specific task assigned by BM/ABM
• Support the boutique operations, depending on assignment ad hoc responsibility on CRM or After Sales
• Achieve his/her own individual targets and help to achieve the targets of the  Boutique
• Contribute to the development of the boutique action plan and lead its  implementation
• Prepare relevant reports and analysis in Weekly and Monthly basis to review  business achievement, team & staff performance, CRM performance, latest market  practice etc
• Adhere to the brand policies and procedures
• Contribute to the operation and atmosphere of the boutique
 
Candidate Profile
• At least 1 year of Junior management experience in luxury environment, frontline  experience in retail industry is a must
• Confident, organized, efficient, good attention to detail, result and action oriented  with strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics, with knowledge & experience of CRM  would be a plus
• A team player with excellent inter-personnel skills
• A good communicator, able to multitask, to lead & manage projects on own  initiative
• Good commend in both spoken and written English and Chinese, native Cantonese
• Autonomous with good analytical skills
• Familiar with MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint
