Position Summary
• Support the Boutique Manager with the daily operations of the boutique
• Implement and support retail strategies and assist in the development and coaching of sales associates
• Build customer relationships and generate the majority of the boutique revenue
Main Responsibilities
• Develop the turnover of the boutique and meet the turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager
• Represent the Brand both inside and outside the Boutique
• Support BM to Manage the boutique team
• Support BM Manage the boutique operations
• Achieve his/her own individual targets and help to achieve the targets of the Boutique
• Contribute to the development of the boutique action plan and lead its implementation
• Supervise the Team to make sure everyone adhere to the brand policies and procedures
• Contribute to the operation and atmosphere of the boutique
• Oversee the safety of goods and people
Candidate Profile
• At least 2 years of management experience in luxury environment, ideally in Retail
• Confident, organized, efficient, good attention to detail, result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics, with knowledge & experience of CRM would be a plus
• A team player with excellent inter-personnel skills
• A good communicator, able to multitask, to lead & manage projects on own initiative
• Autonomous with good analytical skills
• IT savvy (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excel skill a definite plus
