The first overseas outpost is now opened at Louis Vuitton’s Marina Bay Sands flagship.
Frederic, an award-winning chef patissier at the luxurious Cheval Blanc Paris, LVMH’s first hotel in the French capital, is the creative force behind this venture. The concept had originally began in Paris during 2022, with the opening of a Louis Vuitton café and first chocolate shop in Paris helmed by chef Maxime Frédéric.
For Louis Vuitton, Maxime Frédéric chocolates range from the simple to the wildly intricate, including a chocolate rendition of the brand’s Vivienne doll perched on a Louis Vuitton trunk, which turns with a key. Many of these French pastries can be found at the Maxime Frederic at Louis Vuitton Café and Chocolaterie in Paris.
The LV touch is obvious with the use of Louis Vuitton house codes throughout, as chef Frédéric was particularly inspired by the work of the artisans at the trunk-making atelier.
In Singapore, consumers can purchase Frederic’s chocolates made with premium ingredients, including hazelnuts grown from his farm in Normandy.
