Christian Bassett is recruiting a Store Director, Japan for a European luxury fashion company.

  • The Store Director is a professional in the fashion industry who is responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to customers, in particular Top Clients and VIPs to guarantee store business goals.
  • He/she represents the Company and is a proactive Sales professional who guarantee compliance with all procedures set by the Headquarters and aimed at managing Store Staff and ensuring that the Store runs efficiently.

Business Developer

•     Attract, solicit, develop, retain, and secure customers.

•     Implement action plans to achieve sales targets and profit/loss.

•     Provide quality feedback and reporting to headquarters and/or staff.

•     Know and monitor the business environment, including local competition.

Talent leaders and developers

•     Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talent.

•     Motivate and challenge your team on a daily basis.

•     Create a development plan for sales staff and management.

Brand Promoter (Customer)

•     Promote brand culture internally and externally.

•     Creating a store atmosphere that maintains the brand image.

•     Influence local and global luxury businesses to increase customer loyalty.

•     Build a network of influential people (especially loyal customers and VIPs)

Process Manager

•     Ensure all processes are compatible with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and inventory organizations.

•     Be creative and challenge current processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
