Key Responsibilities
• Grow and develop, driving sustainable performance and long-term client relationships.
• Maximize high-ticket sales opportunities through proactive clienteling initiatives and participation in exclusive events.
• Build, strengthen, and nurture relationships with new and existing High Jewellery clients to achieve individual High Jewellery sales targets.
• Optimize customer engagement opportunities aligned with key business and brand initiatives.
 
Customer Development & Prospecting
• Identify and prospect appropriate networks to cultivate new High Jewellery clients.
• Build deep understanding of the assigned client portfolio and execute tailored client discovery strategies based on relationship maturity.
• Provide weekly updates on client outreach activities and sales progress during High Jewellery and CRM meetings.
• Develop strong knowledge of the store’s High Jewellery and business landscape.
 
High Jewellery Expertise & Capability Development
• Continuously enhance personal High Jewellery selling capabilities and product expertise.
• Collaborate with High Jewellery and retail teams to share expertise and best practices, as needed.
• Provide sound advice and guidance to retail teams when consulted.
• Offer technical knowledge and in-depth product expertise in-store and during events to elevate the client experience.
• Support the resolution of customer complaints and special situations, both in-store and externally, when required.
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and champion a client-centric mindset as a brand representative.
 
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of retail or relevant business development experience within the luxury industry preferred.
• Strong passion for the brand, with the ability to share knowledge on products, heritage, and services.
• Solid knowledge of gemstones, jewellery, and timepieces; GIA certification is an advantage.
• Self-driven, energetic, and able to work independently.
• Enjoys building relationships and meeting new people.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore luxury market and client demographics; an established client book is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
