Christian Bassett is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager for a leading luxury jewellery company.
Position overview
• The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the brand's digital marketing strategy in Korea, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all online channel
• This role is requiring a highly self-driven and hands-on professional who can manage multiple digital functions — from campaign planning to performance analysis
Role & Responsibility
• Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy aligned with the brand's global brand direction and local business objectives.
• Manage all online channels including website, paid media, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and social media.
• Coordinate with HQ and regional teams to ensure digital campaigns are consistent with global standards.
• Plan and execute local digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, online traffic, and client engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage the local digital marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency.
• Oversee digital content creation and localization in collaboration with creative and PR teams.
• Support eCommerce activities through digital promotion and data-driven client acquisition.
• Stay updated on luxury digital trends and identify new opportunities for digital growth
Qualifications/ Education Requirements
• Degrees in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• + 10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the luxury or premium retail industry.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, performance marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and evaluate digital campaigns independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
• Highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
