Christian Bassett is recruiting a Brand Manager, SEA for a European luxury watch & jewellery company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with Headquarters’ brand team and local commercial team to develop and deliver yearly marketing strategy in line with company’s objectives – conversion to retail.
• Build strategic relationship with partners to preserve and enhance brand positioning and image.
• Plan and manage overall marketing budget, delivering optimal results.
• To develop branding applications (renovations, POS materials, Visual merchandizing, etc) and ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms in accordance to HQ guidelines.
• To develop new and creative ways to raise brand image and awareness.
• Manage a 360 degree marketing plan and budget that is focused on the brand’s mid to long term goals.
• To lead and manage the marketing team locally and within the region, providing coaching and overall career development for individual team members.
• Represent the brand in front of stakeholders – clients, media partners, internal management, upholding the values of the brand.
