Christian Bassett is recruiting a Assistant Store Manager for luxury jewellery company.
Sales Development
• Lead and supervise the retail team to maximize sales and improve business practices
• Drive store sales and identify new sales opportunities regularly
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets through effective client strategies
• Manage retail stock and merchandising.
Staff Management
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Act as a role model in product knowledge and client negotiation
• Conduct daily briefings to guide, organize, and monitor team activities
• Coach and train staff in line with management and training guidelines
• Ensure performance standards are met and take corrective action when needed
CRM Management
• Monitor CRM data quality daily with Sales Supervisors
• Review CRM activities to identify relevant client opportunities
• Develop and oversee tailored CRM strategies for top clients and report to management
Business Development
• Prepare and implement action plans for key clients
• Recruit new clients through networking and new acquisition channels
• Strengthen partnerships and propose joint sales initiatives
• Track competitors’ activities, pricing, and products, and report insights to management
Store Operations
• Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure policy compliance and brand standards
• Delegate tasks to Sales Supervisors and monitor execution
• Prepare sales analysis, performance tracking, and periodic reports for management
Marketing & Sales Activities
• Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives
• Propose and support the organization of sales activities
• Submit post-event reports
• Collaborate on project planning and execution across regions
Events
• Lead preparation and execution of client events
• Manage client invitations and stock requirements with management
Team Building
• Foster strong team spirit and continuous improvement
• Organize role plays, team debriefings, and CRM follow-ups
