Key Focus: Ecom Operation & Client Services
• Manage the daily operation of Graff Korea E-commerce Platforms including but not limited to product launches, campaign deliverables, VM & inventory, order tracking & fulfilment (order confirmation, pick & pack, dispatch, return & quality check);
• Ensure all E-commerce orders are processed in timely manner and within required time scope;
• Handle daily CS enquiries in all contact channels, including livechat, calls, emails, etc;
• Responsible for providing best-in-class communication consistently to our clients in order to ensure client satisfaction and brand desirability;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders: regional office based in Hong Kong, local forwarders.
• Handle local E-commerce operational requests, such as logistic request, issuing repair note, etc.;
• Manage all E-commerce related packaging assets physically and raise replenishment request to regional office when necessary;
• Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape and market trends in digital & omni
 
Qualifications/ Requirements
• Language: native in Korean, fluent in English (mandatory);
• Good understanding of online business in Korea;
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• At least +5 years in either luxury field or other high-end industry;
