Customer Experience Manager Dual Site London - Luxury Confectionery brand
The role :
- Ensure the smooth running of daily store operations across both London Stores
- Create a welcoming environment for the staff and clients to drive sales
- Liaise directly with Finance, Marketing, Production and Events departments to meet business needs
- Manage the Store Managers and assist with in-store HR and operations
The requirements :
- You have experience managing a team in a client facing role in luxury or premium retail or hospitality
- You understand customer service and are able to coach a team towards excellence
- You are an efficient communicator with a positive can-do attitude
- You are eligible to work permanently full time in the UK and able to commute between both London location
