Christian Bassett is recruiting a Wholesale Manager for a European luxury jewellery company. 
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement action plans for each channel partner in order to increase sell-out performance and
• Maximise retail productivity
• Account servicing and maintain high standard of quality services provided to our wholesale clients/retailers
• Inform client about account growth & required improvements
• Participate in the elaboration of the yearly plan and of its implementation
• Maintain highest brand visibility within the network
• Negotiate maximum space allocation for the brand among the competition
• Maintain and build good relationship with retailers
• Disseminate brand information to the stores and retailers
• Meet sales budgets and maintain sales growth
• Manage expense budget allocated
• Monitor each client assortment and ensures timely replenishment orders
• To ensure minimum stock levels in each POS at all times, representing the core range and latest models
• Sales incentive proposals and achieving better sell-out
• Work with retailers to explore opportunities with their VIP clients to maximise sales
• Manage orders, trays, open orders and following up to push for deliveries timely manner
• Follow up on timely payments and credit limits for each channel partner
• Monitor retailer’s discounts to end clients
• Take appropriate actions against those who violate the agreed guidelines related to discounts & Parallel
• Evaluate effectiveness of each point of sale and recommends necessary changes
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenues
• Update clients with information, eg on new product launches, product information, brand ambassadors, activities, etc.
• Propose events/activities for sales improvements and work with various depts for smooth executions and follow up
• Develop sales of important ranges
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Reports and analysis:
• Perform sales analysis reports when required
• Monthly & quarterly reports
• Gather monthly sales & inventory data from all channel partners
Network Building & Competition Monitoring
• Identify prospective clients/retailers.
• Compile information on competitive brands presence, outlet openings or closings, major distributors & retailers.
• Price Positioning of competitive brands, market intelligence reports
• Proposal of Network Strategy
Relation with Other Departments
• Coordination with other departments to ensure proper internal information sharing
• Provide monthly results for all retailers within his area for the monthly report
• Co-ordinate with various depts when necessary for various launches, VM, deliveries and aftersales service matters.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant sales or key account management in Luxury Goods industry in Singapore
• Strong management skills
• Strategic thinker, able to set long term development goals with solid business acumen
• Proficiency in computer literacy, e.g. Power Point, Excel and Words
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good analytical, organization and problem solving skills
• Presentable, highly motivated, adaptable and self-starter
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and sales targets
• Proactive and mature, has the ability to handle and deal comfortably in a multi-national environment
