Senior HR Associate

Christian Bassett is recruiting a Senior Human Resources Associate for a European luxury fashion company for its new Singapore new office and support Southeast Asian markets. This is a newly created position and will report to the Head of Human Resources in the region.

 

Responsibilities

• Support our Human Resources Department in managing the entire employee life cycle (from onboarding, talent reviews/development, payroll, engagement, compensations & benefits, etc.)

• Responsible for processing region payroll with the external vendors in Singapore & Australia

• Compile regular Human Resources reports

• Assist in various annual exercise including budgeting, salary review and bonus exercise, and performance management cycle

• Participate relevant activities to maintain the high level of HR services to the internal customers

• Involvement in ad-hoc projects to build up the business acumen and understand how Human Resources Department could add value to the Company

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

• University Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management

• 5 years' relevant experience or above, with exposure in all-rounded HR and specialized in C&B area

• Familiar with Singapore/Australia Employment Ordinance and related regulations

• Good communication skills with all levels of people in both English and Mandarin with good interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense, high accuracy

• Strong network in retail in terms of talent acquisition, recruitment, competitors

• Willing to work in a dynamic retail environment

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Hands on experience in payroll and managing the Global HRIS

• Ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks

• HR experience in South East Asia and Pacific is preferred
