Christian Bassett is recruiting a Senior Client Engagement Specialist, Singapore for a European luxury fashion company.
 
Reports to: Senior Client Engagement Manager, Singapore & Malaysia
 
Role Mission
The Senior Client Engagement Specialist, Singapore, plays a key role in supporting the
Senior Client Engagement Manager, Singapore & Malaysia will be involved in planning
and implementing customer engagement activations and brand experiences to
further improve service and in-store experiences to our clients.
 
Key Accountabilities
• Collaborate closely with Retail Teams to deliver Client Centric strategies and actions plan in attaining a high level of Client Retention & Acquisition Rate.
• Support CE Manager in analysing past results to plan and strategise
• Client Engagement programmes and calendar while tracking annual budget.
• Assist CE Manager in retention of existing High Value VVIGs/VIGs & upgrade or increase the level of these clients with the brand.
• Assist CE Manager and work closely with Retail team in recruitment and cultivation of new clients
 
Effective management of CE activations and/or initiatives:
• Management of brand experiences (if any); responsible for liaising with retail team in executing In-Store OTO appointments
• To implement a systematic tracking of CE actions
 
• Work closely with PR & Communications team in delivering client experiences/recognition activations/initiatives
• Work with Retail training team to deliver training on CE tools to retail team
 
Stakeholders Management
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising & Visual Merchandising,
• Retail & Training team in ensuring smooth execution of key client initiatives/projects
 
Key Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion, high end retail, hospitality, CRM industry. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position
• Highly competent in MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and good understanding and appreciation of luxury clienteling would be highly advantageous
• Able to present and communicate well with all levels of management, as well as clients of diverse backgrounds
• Disciplined, well-presented with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Resourceful, results oriented and a good team player
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines well
