Christian Bassett is recruiting a Regional Sales Coach South Korea for a European fashion brand known for its effortlessly cool wardrobe essentials.
The following role is to inspire, train, and develop our retail teams in sales and service, ensuring we deliver an extraordinary experience to every client.

Job Summary:
You will report to our Head of Retail, with a dotted reporting line to our Global Sales Coach & Clienteling Manager and Global Retail Director and belong to the Customer & Sales department. Your team will consist of both the retail teams and the Sales Training & Clienteling team.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
• Drive sales and KPI performance by coaching, training, and developing store teams within our stores in selling, service, and product
• Partner with Retail Management to identify and address sales opportunities on shop floor
• Proactively design and execute quarterly action plans with store teams to improve KPIs and sales results
• Secure excellent and consistent service across your markets according to the company’s service ambition through your shop floor presence and action plans
• Follow up on Client Experience Evaluations in your market and enhance the performance with your training plan
• Be a key driver of the company’s clienteling strategy to recruit, retain, and grow clients
• Cultivate and elevate relationship-building skills and behaviors in store teams
• Roll out clienteling tools as needed to drive successful adoption and business impact
• Plan and execute trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions (focus on in-store and virtual trainings)
• Develop Store Manager training, coaching, and feedback competencies
• Be a role model on shop floor to motivate and inspire our sales teams to improve results and performance
• Develop the company’s sales and service processes, training content, and tools
• Own and ensure adoption of the company’s training platform, from onboarding to ongoing development
• Recommend and develop local adaptations of training content when necessary
• Stay informed on competitive landscape, service, clienteling, and training innovations
Requirements
• Solid management background/skills or experience in a similar role in a luxury brand
• At least 5 years of experience in service
• Fashion-Luxury Retail background with > 5 years of coaching / experience of working with different cultures
• A strong commercial mindset, results oriented profile with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Service minded with a client centric approach
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
• Strong remote management skills
• English and Korean speaking fluently
• Technical knowledge of training design and adult learning principles
• Experience working with clienteling sales for 3+ years
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook literate (to a high level)
