Christian Bassett is recruiting a Project & Events Manager for a luxury, premium omnichannel company.
This position will be in charge of all events that holds in Korea, and the main internal communications will be with both the Head of Korea and the APAC team in Hong Kong.
Key role
• Launching offline popups (including search & contracting of popup location)
• Attending meetings with brands before and after events, with smooth communication
• Managing vendor partners (3PL, CS, Manpower agencies, etc) & price negotiations
Requirements
• Can communicate professionally in both Korean & English
• Good command of using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• At least 3 years of related experience
• High sense of responsibility and can manage to take care of tasks with detail
• Passionate and dedicated
• Problem solver and able to think on their feet
Work Environment
• WFH once a week
• International environment with ongoing collaboration with different regions
• Office location: Seoul Itaewon
