Christian Bassett is recruiting a Product Flow Manager APAC for a leading European chocolatier & confectionary company.
• Located in Singapore office, The Product Flow Manager is responsible for complementing the artwork and packaging efforts for the portfolio, while helping drive Marketing activities across the Asia Pacific markets. 
• This role will contribute to the growth agenda of the International Distributors (DIS) division, mainly for an ongoing transformation leading to an extension of the firm’s Marketing operations in the region.
• Reporting to the Marketing Director of the APAC region, this profile seeks a dynamic and versatile individual capable of navigating the complexities of the APAC market, driving Marketing initiatives, and contributing to the company’s  tradition of excellence.
• Manage label/sticker development and implementation for the APAC portfolio, ensuring local regulations are respected and marketing messages are amply communicated 
• Drive artwork edits related to ingredients, language requirements, and other regulatory requirements 
• Coordinate discussions with external stakeholders (distributors, retailers, local authorities, printing vendors, suppliers) and internal stakeholders (food law, quality, supply chain, packaging) to determine best artwork solutions 
• Address regulation and ingredient-related questions / requests from external stakeholders for existing and new products 
• Manage cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Co-packer (incl. Printing operators), Packaging Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Food Law, etc.
• Support trade marketing efforts for selected APAC markets, identifying in-store requirements and ensuring execution 
• Ensure transition plans for products in selected APAC markets are communicated and discussed with local and external stakeholders 
• Fine-tune processes above as and when required by efficiency or brand / portfolio needs
• Educational background in business or engineering; any training in trade marketing or data management is an advantage
• Min. 5 years of working experience
• Basic understanding of production processes/ workflows
• Experience with label development and implementation
• Experience with Trade Marketing, especially display creation and implementation
• Capability to work in and proactively drive cross-functional teams
• Being resilient and independent, able to work under pressure
• Experience with (product) master data management
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent English skills (German would be advantageous)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage or Consumer Goods is advantageous
