Christian Bassett is recruiting a Brand Manager for a premium European confectionary company.
Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Definition of Tablets strategy across APAC markets
• Recommend portfolio architecture and 3Y innovation pipeline
• Development of activation campaigns to ensure outstanding execution above and below the line (communication, barters, promotions, sampling, in store displays)
• Analysis of panels to turn data into insight and fuel Tables strategy
• Develop point of sales material and key promotional material in collaboration with Trade Marketing Manager
• Pilot budget resources, pro-actively adjust, track and recommend modifications if required
• Develop network and connections with other Regions and Central teams to ensure consistence, visibility and approval of APAC strategy and execution
Key capabilities required
• 7 to 10 years of experience in brand/portfolio management with a preference for FMCG background
• Strategic agility to manage a pool of diverse markets with specificities and commonalities
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to co-create winning plans and bring them to life
• Action and results orientation
• Rigorous with a knack for data analysis and insights
• Appetite to learn
