Services: sole agent service
The sole agent service is our recommended recruitment/head hunting option, which from our experience, proves the most cost effective and time efficient method, producing the highest quality candidates most accurately matching the client’s candidate criteria. The premier service is reserved for projects where Christian Bassett works in the capacity of sole agent and offers the client a 1% discount on the consultancy charge as well as a longer reimbursement period compared to our standard terms and conditions.
A recruitment project placed with us would be deemed a priority project and a Senior Consultant, with a clear understanding of the brand and role in question, would be assigned to the project. The service would be tailored to the exact requirements of the client. Varied methodology would be employed to ensure that only the highest quality candidates are submitted.
A senior consultant would firstly meet with the client to discuss the role in detail and then complete a SWOT analysis on the client and location of role. A full database search would be initiated as well as direct face-to-face headhunting, networking, and targeted telephone approaches. Tact and diplomacy would be employed at every stage of the process and confidentiality issues would be respected throughout. Candidates’ CVs would be submitted to the client along with a recent photograph and personality profile attached. Depending on the size of the project engaged the time involved could vary from one week to four weeks (Executive roles may require a longer time period to ensure an optimum service).
