To handle specific searches individually, with a strong focus on Asia Pacific, also able to handle international searches. To successfully present highest level of candidates to clients. To manage and develop client relationships with both local HRs and GMs across APAC region. To familiarise with the luxury goods industry, constantly update on market trends, and able to identify regional & cultural differences.
To ensure that quarterly target are met and exceeded. To complete all administration needs (maintaining in-house Database and Website etc). Identify possible missed opportunities and develop new business ventures for our company.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum BA Hons University Education (Masters would be an advantage)
- Relevant Industry knowledge
- English / Cantonese language skills required
- Open to candidates coming from a luxury goods background or a recruitment/HR background
- Understanding the Asia Pacific market: both culture and terrain
- Open to work in a multi-cultural work environment
- Honesty, transparency and loyalty
- Confident making calls in a professional head hunt manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and dedicated
- True passion for luxury goods & fashion
